CONSUMER RIGHTS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION – RETURN CONDITIONS

By placing an order electronically through this website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws in force, regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased products.
The shipping cost, which is the delivery expense, shall be borne by the buyers.
Each purchased product shall be delivered to the buyer or the person/institution indicated by the buyer within no later than 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the agreement.
The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and, if available, together with documents such as warranty certificate and user manual.
If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days from the date of learning of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

If the buyer does not pay the product price or cancels it in bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product shall cease.

If, after the delivery of the product, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer was used unlawfully by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the seller.

If force majeure or unforeseen circumstances occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer shall be informed. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed.
If the buyer cancels the order:
- If payment was made by cash, the amount shall be refunded within 14 days from the cancellation.
- If payment was made by credit card, the refund shall be made to the bank within 14 days, though it may take 2–3 weeks for the bank to reflect it to the buyer’s account.

The buyer must inspect the goods/services before accepting delivery; damaged, broken, torn packaging, or defective goods/services should not be accepted from the courier. Products accepted from the courier are deemed to be undamaged and intact.
After delivery, the buyer must take good care of the goods/services. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must be returned with the product.

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date to the buyer or the designated recipient, without any legal or penal liability and without giving any reason, by notifying the seller through the contact details provided below.

If the purchased item is a service, the 14-day period starts from the date of signing the contract. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for service contracts where the performance has begun with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period expires.
The expenses arising from the use of the right of withdrawal belong to the seller.
For the right of withdrawal to be valid, written notice must be sent to the seller by registered mail, fax, or email within the 14-day period, and the product must not be used, in accordance with the “Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used” section of this agreement.

The invoice of the product delivered to the buyer or a third party must be returned. (If the invoice of the product to be returned is issued in the name of a company, a return invoice must be issued by the company. Returns cannot be completed without a return invoice for corporate purchases.)
The return form, the original packaging, box, and all standard accessories (if any) must be sent back completely and undamaged.

The seller is obliged to refund the total price and any documents creating debt for the buyer within 10 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, and to accept the returned product within 20 days.
If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the buyer’s fault or if the return becomes impossible, the buyer is responsible for compensating the seller’s damages in proportion to the fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes or deteriorations caused by proper use of the product during the withdrawal period.
If exercising the right of withdrawal causes the total order amount to fall below the campaign limit, the discount amount granted within the campaign will be canceled.

Products prepared according to the buyer’s requests or personal needs, underwear bottoms, swimwear and bikini bottoms, cosmetic products, disposable goods, perishable goods or goods with an expired shelf life, products whose packaging has been opened by the buyer after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons, products mixed with other items after delivery and cannot be separated by nature, newspapers or magazines other than those provided under a subscription contract, digital content delivered instantly, software, programs, and all data storage devices whose packaging has been opened, cannot be returned as per the Regulation.
For cosmetics, personal care products, underwear, swimwear, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, and stationery supplies (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.), returns are only accepted if the packaging is unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused.

If the buyer defaults on payments made by credit card, they agree, declare, and undertake that they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement made with the issuing bank and that they are responsible to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action and demand any resulting expenses and attorney fees from the buyer.
In any case, if the buyer defaults on their debt, they accept to compensate the seller for damages and losses incurred due to the delay in performance.
